• With regular complimentary delivery, order by Friday 19th at 1 PM to be guaranteed to receive your order by Dec 24th
• With 5€ Chronopost delivery, order by Monday 22nd at 2 PM to be guaranteed to receive your order by Dec 24th
All orders are made by hand, packed and shipped from our Ateliers in France within 24 business hours. If you order by 1PM on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and an additional email once your order has been shipped.

With our UPS complimentary delivery, order by Friday 19th at 1 PM to be guaranteed to receive your order by Dec 24th
If you place an order after that, you might receive it by Dec 24th but it not guaranteed.
All international orders are made by hand, packed and shipped from our Ateliers in Paris, France within 24h.

• European Union, Switzerland & the UK ~ 48-72h business days, free delivery
• International orders ~ 48-72h business days, free delivery
• Overseas French territories ~ 48h-72h, to be defined at checkout
International orders will be shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
EXTENDED RETURNS|Starting November 25th, all orders will be eligible to a return - exchange or refund - up until January 1st.
At DAÏQUIRI, we strive to make sure you find your perfect match. However, if your order does not fulfill your expectations, we remain at your disposal to accompany you through its return.
The return policy detailed below does not apply to defective products which are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
STEP 1
Send an email to contact@daiquiriparis.com. Our teams will be available to assist you through the short procedure.
STEP 2
Ship the product in its original complete packaging, new and not worn, to our Ateliers’ address – which will be communicated to you through your email exchanges. Make sure to mention inside your package your order reference and the email address linked to it.
We reserve the right to refuse any damaged product (pearls or pieces missing or broken, scratches, indelible stains or any other sign of wear and tear).
DAÏQUIRI does not cover shipping nor potential customs duties and taxes linked to the return shipment. In metropolitan France, return shipping fees are estimated at around 5€ with Colissimo.
We highly encourage you to choose a service that provides tracking of your shipment. We cannot be held accountable for the follow-up and potential loss of your package by the carrier.
STEP 3
Our Ateliers will have 5 business days starting from the delivery date of your return package to examine the product. Upon your return’s validation, the new product of your choosing will be shipped, or full refund will be issued if you wish to return your product(s).
Kindly note that any product purchased during a Flash sale or a Black Friday sale is non-refundable. In accordance with the right of withdrawal, it may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, resulting in an exchange or a store credit.
Kindly note all jewelry ordered in a Custom size are not eligible to exchanges nor returns.

All jewelry purchased from DAÏQUIRI is covered by a two-year warranty against all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.
