All orders are handmade, packed and shipped from our Ateliers in Paris. Order before 1PM on a business day and it ships the same day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and an additional email once your order has been shipped. Please find below the delivery fees & timeframes:

• French overseas territories ~ express delivery within 48-72h (business days) — €29

All international orders are made by hand, packed and shipped from our Ateliers in Paris, France within 24h.

International orders will be shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

Upon the delivery of your order, you have 14 days to exchange your product(s) or return them for a refund.

At DAÏQUIRI, we strive to make sure you find your perfect match. However, if your order does not fulfil your expectations, we remain at your disposal to help you return it.

Return and refund. Write to us within this period at care@daiquiriparis.com, without having to give a reason, and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the returned pieces — and the delivery costs if you return the whole order — within 14 days, to your original payment method, or as a store credit if you prefer. A worn or damaged piece may give rise to a deduction corresponding to its loss of value.

Exchange. Within the same 14 days, we send you a prepaid return label for €5.50; the piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Custom orders: pieces ordered in a "Custom" size and personalized pieces can be neither returned nor exchanged. Defective piece: 2-year legal guarantee, return at our expense.

All jewelry purchased from DAÏQUIRI is covered by a two-year warranty against all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.
