SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are made by hand, packed and shipped from our Ateliers in Paris, France within 7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and an additional email once your order has been shipped. Please find bellow the estimated delivery fees & timeframe:

• Metropolitan France, Andorra & Monaco ~ 2 to 4 business days, free delivery

• Overseas French territories ~ 6 to 18 business days, 12,50€

• European Union, Switzerland & the UK ~ 3 to 8 business days (postal services can be submitted to additional delays), 13,45€

• International orders ~ 7 to 9 business days (postal services can be submitted to additional delays), from 20,20€ to 29,55€

YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND

At DAÏQUIRI, we strive to make sure you find your perfect match. However, if your order does not fulfil your expectations, we remain at your disposal to accompany you through its return.

The return policy detailed below does not apply to defective products which are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

STEP 1

Send an email in the 14 calendar days following the delivery date of your order to contact@daiquiriparis.com. Our teams will be available to assist you through the short procedure.

STEP 2  

Ship the product in its original complete packaging, new and not worn, to our Ateliers’ address – which will be communicated to you through your email exchanges. Make sure to mention inside your package your order reference and the email address linked to it.

We reserve the right to refuse any damaged product (pearls or pieces missing or broken, scratches, indelible stains or any other sign of wear and tear).

DAÏQUIRI does not cover shipping nor potential customs duties and taxes linked to the return shipment. In metropolitan France, return shipping fees are estimated at around 5€ with Colissimo.

We highly encourage you to choose a service that provides tracking of your shipment. We cannot be held accountable for the follow-up and potential loss of your package by the carrier.

STEP 3

Our Ateliers will have 10 business days starting from the delivery date of your return package to examine the product.
Upon your return’s validation, a store credit of the initial jewelry’s value and
available for 24 months will be issued so that you can choose a different product.

Jewelry ordered in a "Custom" size are not eligible to returns.

We would be more than happy to assist you in the choice of your new Jewelry, do not hesitate to contact us.

All international orders are made by hand, packed and shipped from our Ateliers in Paris, France within 7 business days. They will be shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

All jewelry purchased from DAÏQUIRI is covered by a two-year warranty against all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.
